Vacancy briefing & understanding of salaries & packages, location, working arrangements & any other key criteria required.

Understanding of what has been done before hand.

Identification of Unique Selling Points and what will make this role “attractive” to potential candidates.

Documentation audit to understand what you have and what we may wish to alter or need to develop.

Discussion on interview process.

Research time & campaign sign off

Benchmark salaries & provide feedback on potential target market and proposal on how we should target candidates.

Honest feedback on likely duration of campaign.

Agreed summary of vacancy requirements.

Agreed appropriate multichannel outreach strategy (how we will target candidates) with
SELECT TALENT naming client where possible.

Development & launch of attraction campaign

Expected to launch after 1 week of initial kick off meeting.

To include; job adverts (designed from a candidate viewpoint) , social media outreach,
email outreach campaign & personalised candidate landing page and video overviews.

SOURCING & SELECTION.

Selection

Full candidate response management and screening. All candidates will have initial 1st stage screen with ourselves over TEAMs/Zoom.

Any candidates submitted will meet GDPR requirements & be presented with a cover sheet
outlining suitability and key information.

All candidates on your own employee portal , keeping things organised and easy to find. 

All applications will receive a response regardless of suitability.

OFFER MANAGEMENT & REPLACEMENT .

Offer management

We will manage any offers for you, ensure these are presented in a detailed and thorough
way and we’ll stay in contact with candidate through onboarding and provide check in’s over the first week and after the first month. We’ll still be on hand if we can help after this!


We’ll provide a replace for free service or rebate depending on your chosen solution. We’ve not yet needed to use this in 8 years; however we want to ensure you always get the staff that you need.

We’ll provide you with a google drive log in where various reports will be held depending
on your needs.
