RaaS Light

RaaS Light is designed for clients who are looking to outsource one role. We’ll use our tools and industry experience to make sure the benchmarking for the role is correct and work with you to ensure we understand your Employer value proposition (EVP) basically why someone would want to work for you.

We’ll reposition or write your job advert so it speaks to prospective employees and we will design your outreach marketing campaign (basically how we contact candidates), this will include personalised videos, curated email outreach and animated gifs to attract interest. We’ll encourage you to share as widely as possible on socials and we’ll post out to a variety of job boards. Every candidate will be fully qualified by ourselves on TEAMs/ZOOM and provided with write up or video introduction in your own employer live list (basically our employer portal where you can access all candidates). We’ll arrange interviews, provide feedback and offer management and offer advice on onboarding. We work on an exclusive basis here and we will utilise your networks here to generate further interest, any candidate applications will be processes via ourselves on your behalf. This solution works on a fixed price (dependent on salary) and as such it makes no difference to us on salary offered.


RaaS is our full outsourced recruitment solution where we will act as your in-house recruitment team. It is designed for clients who are going through a period of growth and can combine recruitment strategy and recruitment delivery. Everything in RaaS Light is included and RaaS can be tailored to your needs and requirements. Previous work has included development of EVP’s , recruitment marketing social post strategy development and graduate assessment centre development and assessment centre facilitation. RaaS is for a 3 month period and can facilitate recruitment of up to 10 roles.

Recruiter on Demand

Recruiter on Demand is designed for those clients who may need more support than RaaS Light but don’t have the requirements to justify a full outsourced service in RaaS. Recruiter on Demand basically gives you one of our Senior Recruitment Managers as your in-house recruiter for a set number of days a week or month.

RaaS Ultra

RaaS Ultra is our annual recruitment solution. This allows you to budget your recruitment costs upfront and know your annual spend. You can either outsource your job family recruitment (Systems Engineers etc) or outsource all your recruitment needs. With packages from as little as 5 jobs a year with further discounts based on volume.

Add on’s

All our packages will include personalised landing pages as standard ; however there is the option to upgrade these to further personalise to your brand. Social media management is included within RaaS ; however there is the option to add this on. Should you also require additional job boards or require professional video design and editing benefit from our special rates with partners that can be passed onto you.
