RaaS stands for Recruiting as a Service.  Basically our RaaS offering is us virtually becoming part of / or becoming your outsourced in-house recruitment team.

There’s a variety of levels from 1 off recruitment projects/requirements (RaaS Light) to Annual packages (RaaS Ultra) based on a set number of jobs a year. In between these you have RaaS (3 month solution) which is us basically becoming your full time recruitment function and our new solution Recruiter on Demand (ROD) where you can benefit from a virtual resourcer as needed from as little as a week.

We’ll embed ourselves into your organisation, understand how you work along with your business goals and values. You’ll get one of our experienced recruiters (with all the tools they need) as your dedicated Account Manager.

Depending on your requirements the focus might be sourcing , strategy or a combination of both.

With all our RaaS solutions you’ll benefit firstly from our knowledge and expertise. You’ll also benefit from utilising our in-house copywriter to best position your adverts, our video interview subscription to screen candidates and our employer portal to quickly manage, track and engage with candidates. The employer portal is basically your own applicant tracking system included in your monthly subscription.

Each campaign will include bespoke recruitment outreach (how we contact candidates) which will include a personalised landing page and video to help your role stand out. You’ll also get access to all the stats behind this to you can track success & diversity of campaigns.

We’ll also coordinate and manage the interview process for you, ensure compliance and onboarding of new starters and advise or sort any processes needed going forward dependent on your chosen subscription.
